Job Summary:

The Technology Services Manager requires a strong current technical and management background to lead our fast-paced team to deliver our Technology services.  You must be a customer service oriented Professional with both the technical and customer relations experience.  Candidate must have both the hardware and software experience to manage their team and a skill set that promotes innovation, passion and desire to find solutions to all problems in a quick and efficient manner. You will oversee the day to day functionality of the service desk personnel along with providing Technology guidance to your team.  The role will require a high level of collaboration and interaction, strong technical skills, attention to detail and an ability to understand the business and the application of technology to achieve business goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage Technology Support team responsible for End user tickets, UAT, Project Deliverables, and Technology Training
Work with multiple technical disciplines, engineering, program design, marketing, sales and strategy and business operations to gain an understanding of how the business operates
Drive sophisticated projects throughout the entire delivery life cycle which involves collaborating with other teams/departments
Design of internal and technology services.   Produce and maintain relevant documentation, materials, and tools needed for service design.  Coordinate changes to policies and standards for corporate systems and Technology Service Delivery
Own the overall strategy for Technical Service Projects, providing efficient and effective plans to meet deadlines and engagement needs
Researching new ways and best practices of efficiency with current and future product offerings
Identify and document opportunities to streamline the business operations and deliver requirements to software development and technology services groups
Train and maintain proper use of internal systems along with identifying and implementing new features and functions
Maintain a strong presence in company initiatives and development efforts
Work with Technical Services to establish project scale, road maps, and resource utilization
Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in Computer Science and/or MIS (Management Information Systems) or 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
Very strong SQL and SQL Server experience required
Very strong Microsoft Excel and Office tools knowledge and experience
Basic hardware knowledge of laptops, desktops, and servers
Knowledge of and business experience managing data quality within a CRM or other customer centric environment
Knowledgeable in systems integrations and building creative solutions using off the shelf products such as Zapier, IFTTT, AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps, Quickbase
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and stays current with market trends
Strong organizational and project management skills
Have a can-do attitude with a take ownership approach
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to work within tight deadlines and be adept at balancing shifting priorities and time management
Must be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility.
Strong analytical skills with excellent customer service skills
Willingness to travel for training and meetings related to this position
