The Refrigeration Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Construction Managers and other team members (Sales Managers, Energy Auditors, Customers and Installation Teams to ensure accurate audit capture, project preparation, project completion and follow-up is completed in an accurate and timely manner. The Refrigeration Project Manager will train our Sales and Installation Teams, as well as provide direction regarding installation processes, new measures and additional energy savings opportunities in the industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Construction and Sales Team with the determination of project requirements (i.e. secondary parts, materials, diminish learning curve, change orders, etc.).
Communicate, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to support efficiency.
Act as the refrigeration professional and subject matter expert between the customer, vendors, installers, and internal team members during the entire process from training to project completion.
Work directly with contractors and in-house technicians to ensure timely delivery of project scope.
The Refrigeration Project Manager will also provide support to all programs by:
Leading continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing construction trends
Perform cost analytics of the Refrigeration Programs.
Assist track and control construction costs to achieve completion of projects within schedule and gross margin parameters.
Review progress reports, follow up on project delays, and correct any safety violations.

5 years refrigeration experience required (specifically motors and EE products)
3-4 years of Commercial Implementation Management experience
Significant travel expected. National territory coverage.
