Marketing Data Analyst

Lime Energy is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst. Job Summary:

The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for ongoing data quality assessment, reporting & analytics and data enrichment within our CRM (DIDataWarehouse) and marketing automation systems. This individual will also work with marketing team peers to improve data quality as it relates to audience segmentation to increase marketing campaign response.  You will provide business-to-business marketing and data-driven support for Lime Energy’s utility solutions and our commercial & industrial divisions.  You will have the opportunity to be part of a new formed strategic group that will combine data analytics and creative marketing to drive innovation and efficiency across the entire organization.

 

 Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze data in the CRM and marketing automation system databases in support of ongoing marketing programs and campaigns
Define and implement standardization of data within the marketing department
Identify segmentation opportunities based on industry, business, profile and individual data sets for use in campaign strategy and execution 
Extract data from our CRM (SQL Server) for targeted marketing campaigns
Extract data insights and deliver to marketing peers to inform marketing strategies and programs
Lead the reporting of complex digital analytics requirements, with a strong understanding of how to develop analysis around business goals
Explore methods to map customer lifecycle data to marketing engagement opportunities
Create marketing segmentation reports using third party information for new business opportunities.
Assist with Social Media and Website – Google Analytics, Adwords, SEO/SEM
Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Market Research or similar field
0-2 years of database management experience working with large sets of data and analytics in a marketing or operations environment 
Knowledge of and business experience managing data quality within CRM and marketing automation systems
Experience auditing and managing data from multiple sources
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates strong relationship skills, experience working in highly cross-functional organizations
Team player – ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and stays current with market trends
Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel(Tableau), Adobe Analytics(Omniture), Microsoft Power BI, WordPress.
