Position Summary

The Energy Service Representative will focus on developing new customers for our Small Business Program through prospecting and face-to-face interaction, as well as using strong presentation skills.  A successful Outside Sales Representative will utilize multiple forms of sources for lead generation in order to create new business for the company. All marketing material, co-branding items, and a well proven set of training and pathway procedures are provided.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help create and implement lead generation strategy
  • Utilizing time management, create daily strategic plan for lead generation
  • Maintain the volume of leads needed to meet goals by knowing the territory and Auditor needs
  • Achieve high quality leads
  • Assist Sales Manager on large initiatives
  • Constant communication and reporting with Sales Manager and Lighting Auditors
  • Help develop account relationships

 

Experience

  • Sales, Business, Marketing, or Communications Internship or work experience is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Social Networking is preferred
